Head higher – we are the wellbeing ambassadors

Head higher – We are the wellbeing ambassadors Erasmus KA210 project was implemented in 2023 between Lounais-Häme Educational Consortium in Finland and IES Virgen de la Paz in Spain.

The main objective of the project was to tests and find suitable educational material on wellbeing skills for Vocational Education and Training. The project organized two-week-long training sessions where students tested various exercises to enhance wellbeing, evaluated them, and finally selected the best exercises for an e-book. Additionally, students designed posters on the topic. The project was highly successful, involving a collaborative implementation between two schools that engaged teachers, students, and representatives from the working life. The project included over 50 students and six representatives from the business sector.
